• If the file is unused and in original condition
• If the file was incorrectly supplied, and
• If the file was damaged by us or our courier company

We guarantee your money back in full , if the file was correctly implemented on site and you did not pass the initial audit- no questions asked, just send us the proof and we will refund you.
